London's "Tottenham" strategist Harry Redknapp is determined - his players will succeed in recovering from the loss to Madrid's "Real" and reaching the Champions League semi-finals.

"We know that a miracle will be needed, but miracles happen," Redknapp said. "If we play well, anything can happen."

And he added: "We would accept penalties. We even trained for that purpose."

"Tottenham" has already shown this season that they can overcome a huge opponent advantage - in the qualifying round against Bern "Young Boys" they had a three-goal advantage, and "Inter" was leading 4-0 against the London team, but somehow managed to snatch a 4-3 victory.

Despite the need to attack, Redknapp was not inclined to do so blindly: "Everyone says we should go on the attack, but we are playing against top-level footballers who will tear us apart on the counterattack.

"As long as we play giving our all, I will be satisfied. We will see if we can win."

Colleague and "Real" strategist Jose Mourinho agreed: "We must respect the opponents and the game, as we could end up in a very difficult situation.

"If we were losing 4-0 and heading to Madrid, I would not give up. I would do everything to make a miracle happen."

And he added: "We have to finish the job we started."
