The consortium of investors led by American entrepreneur Thomas DiBenedetto has taken over the management of an Italian club.
DiBenedetto will now control 60 percent of the shares, which until now have been owned by the Sensi family for almost two decades. The remaining part is owned by the Italian bank "UniCredit."
"I am proud to have roots in Italy, so I am preparing for great works," DiBenedetto said. "I love Rome and I want to accomplish something important and good in this city."
