The mid-table team of the English Premier League has acquired two new players from Greece - goalkeeper Konstantinos Chalkias and Egaleo defender Giannis Skopelitis. Only a few formalities remain before Dmitry Bulykin's official transfer.
The towering thirty-year-old K.Chalkias was the second goalkeeper of the Greek National Team during last year's triumphant European Football Championship. He will join the English club for a symbolic transfer fee.
Meanwhile, 26-year-old defender Giannis Skopelitis from the Egaleo team will arrive for one million pounds. It is expected that he will replace the recently departed midfielder Amdy Faye in the Portsmouth club.
