Scottish footballer Darren Fletcher returns to full training - last night he played 45 minutes for the 'Red Devils' reserve team against the reserves of 'Arsenal' in the 'Old Trafford' stadium in London.
The footballer has been unable to help his team for a long time due to a viral illness, which caused him to lose weight. The last time Fletcher appeared on the field was at the beginning of March in a lost match against 'Liverpool'.
"It feels great to be back and playing again," Fletcher said to MUTV. "I haven't played for a long time and I really wanted to get back on the field. I hope I will be able to regain my form and get back into the starting lineup."
"Man Utd" and "Arsenal" will meet this Sunday in the English Premier League at the 'Emirates' stadium in London. In the first match last year at 'Old Trafford', Sir Alex Ferguson's players won with a score of 1-0.
"I don't know," said Fletcher, when asked if he will play in this match. "I will see how the training sessions go. I am not in a rush."
