Massimo Ambrosini insists he wants to represent the club next season, even though his contract will expire in June.
"If it were up to me, I would stay," said the 33-year-old veteran. "However, at the moment, I am waiting like everyone else, as the team leaders have not yet decided what to do."
Ambrosini admits that the prolonged uncertainty is not pleasant: "Perhaps it is decided to do so because there are many players with expiring contracts, but everyone has the right to know."
"Milan" goalkeeper has worn the red and black jersey over three hundred times.
