Turin on Tuesday officially confirmed that they have signed a three-year contract with midfielder Andrea Pirlo.
The 32-year-old midfielder has represented the "Milan" team for the past ten years, but became a free agent after the season ended and headed to Turin.
The leaders of "Milan" assured that they offered Pirlo to stay in the team, but he wanted a much longer contract than the club found acceptable.
Pirlo began his career in 1995 with the "Brescia" team, and after three years moved to Milan's "Inter". However, the footballer was loaned to the "Reggina" and "Brescia" clubs before finally joining "Milan" in 2001.
Due to injuries, he only played 16 matches in this season's Italian championship and scored one goal.
