Brazil's Renato leaves the club and returns to his homeland, where he will wear 'Botafogo' jerseys.

The 32-year-old footballer's contract was valid until the end of the next season, but he requested to be released earlier.

Renato has signed a three-year contract with 'Botafogo'.

This season, the defender played 24 matches in the Spanish league, starting in half of them, and scored two goals.
