"Palermo" will sell Pastore only for 50 million euros, so rejected the offer from "Chelsea" © EuroFootball.com

Club president Maurizio Zamparini assures that he has rejected an offer from London for the safety of Javier Pastore.

"This English team made a big offer, but it did not reach the minimum limit that a player of this level deserves," said Zamparini. "That limit is 50 million euros."

He added: "Pastore is interested in five or six clubs, including Man City, as well as Italian and Spanish teams, but no specific steps have been taken."

The attacking midfielder played 35 matches in the Italian championship and scored eleven goals.
