Romanovs: Judges of Scotland - Slaves © EuroFootball.com

The owner of Hearts from Lithuania, Vladimir Romanov, once again did not spare sharp criticism towards the Scottish Football Association.

This time, the businessman's dissatisfaction was caused by a fine of more than 110,000 euros that was imposed on the club for the misconduct of the football players. However, they will only have to pay slightly more than half of it if such violations do not occur again in the future.

Hearts are upset because last season the players received 5 red cards, while in the previous season there were ten.

"With such fines, they are trying to cover up unjust decisions made against Hearts," Romanovas said. "This practice has been repeated for seven years."

"Everything became clear to me after the match with Dundee, when three of our players were sent off and three penalties were awarded (the match of 2008 - ed.). I thank the referee for opening my eyes."

And he continued: "This showed the true faces of people who have neither brains nor conscience. Unfortunately, referees still remain their slaves, although I hoped they would be liberated."
