President Sandro Rosell assures that the club can spend more than 45 million euros this summer, which are earmarked for acquiring new footballers.
In the sights of the Spanish champions are players like Cesc Fabregas, Alexis Sanchez, and Giuseppe Rossi.
"We will see how everything unfolds in the market," said Rosell. "We have allocated 45 million euros, but we can also use part of the funds saved for future years.

I believe he would like to come, as would many others, but we are not planning to offer ridiculous sums. Additionally, much will depend on the salary size.
