President of Milan, Massimo Moratti, insists that Carlo Ancelotti is not among the candidates to take over the team.
The Italian club is looking for a new coach after Leonardo confirmed his desire to become the general manager of Paris Saint Germain.
According to Moratti, they are looking for a specialist who is currently not under contract, and although Ancelotti is a free agent, his name is not on the list of candidates.
"Speaking of Ancelotti, nobody ever thought about him, because we don't rate him," Moratti said. "I don't like reading that Ancelotti rejected an offer. That's a lie.
As of now, nobody has said 'no' to us. Maybe only Marcelo Bielsa, who had to break off negotiations for personal reasons and was disappointed by it. We have positive responses, so we need to choose."
