The dismissed coach of the Macedonian national team

Due to poor results in the European Championship qualifying tournament, the coach of the Macedonia national team, Mirsad Jonuz, has been dismissed.

This decision was made by the country's football federation after a unanimous vote.

In Group B of the qualifying tournament, Macedonia currently sits in fifth place with only four points, having lost their last two matches to the Republic of Ireland national team.
