London will not resist selling Cesc Fabregas to the team, if the clubs manage to agree on the price, reports the BBC.
It is reported that the English team rejected the first offer from Catalonia, which amounted to 30 million euros.
"The offer was written and official, but we immediately rejected it," said one Arsenal representative. "However, there is a possibility of a deal, because if the offered amount is sufficient, we will accept it."
Interestingly, Barcelona has been trying to bring Fabregas back for more than a year now, but so far Arsenal has refused to consider such an option.
However, it is unclear whether the clubs will be able to agree on the price. Barcelona is not willing to pay more than 40 million euros, while the London team would expect to receive a higher amount.
