The press reports that they are seeking to acquire Moscow's CSKA star Keisuke Honda.
The 25-year-old Japanese national team defender does not hide his desire to test his skills in one of the elite European leagues. It has been reported that he is being watched by "Liverpool", "Aston Villa" and "Arsenal", as well as several Spanish teams.
However, the most likely contender to acquire Honda now is Juventus, who are looking to strengthen after a particularly unsuccessful previous season - the club finished just seventh in the Italian league.
Honda began his career at his home country's club "Nagoya Grampus", and then wore the jersey of Dutch club "VVV Venlo" for two years. In 2010, the defender moved to Russia, signing with CSKA.
