The club signed a contract with experienced midfielder Hasan Salihamidžić.
The 34-year-old footballer has represented the Turin Juventus team for the past four years, but has decided not to stay there.
"It was clear that I wouldn't accept any offer to wear the shirts of such teams as Bayern and Juventus," said the Bosnian. "But coach Felix Magath gave me the opportunity to play again, so I agreed."
Salihamidžić has been a six-time champion of Germany, as well as winning the Champions League.
