Roman's side has been bolstered by approximately 6 million euros with the arrival of Athen's "Panathinaikos" striker Djibril Cisse.
The 29-year-old footballer has put his signature on a four-year contract, which will earn him around 2.1 million euros per season.
"We have a strong team and we hope it will demonstrate results on the field," said Lazio president Claudio Lotito. "Cisse is eager to prove his worth."
In the Greek championship, the striker scored 24 goals in 33 matches.
It is worth reminding that on Tuesday, Lithuania's national team player Marius Stankevičius signed a contract with Lazio.
