London strategist Arsene Wenger insists he has no intention of selling midfielder Samir Nasri, despite the fact that he could become a free agent next summer.
The Frenchman's contract expires in June next year, so "Man Utd" has made a 22 million euro offer, which was rejected.
"I am inclined to keep him in the team for another year, even if we risk losing him without any compensation after the season," said Wenger, whose players are currently preparing for the season in Malaysia. "The board agrees with me, as it is a technical issue.
Our goal is to win the English championship, so we need good players to achieve that. Samir has always been dedicated to the team and he proved that today in a friendly match."
