On Sunday, the 24th round of matches were played in the Italian league, where the home teams performed better - only the country's champions "Milan" won a victory as a guest, and two matches ended in a draw.
The league favorite Turin "Juventus" maintained their leader position by ending a series of two consecutive losses and defeating the fourth-placed "Udinese" team at home. It was more difficult for the "Milan" team to play away, as they were only able to win thanks to an own goal scored by "Reggina" player M. Zamboni.
The first victory was achieved by "Fiorentina" coach D. Zoffas, whose team won important matches against "Parma" and slightly moved away from the bottom four. "Siena" at home secured a draw against "Messina", while the winner was not determined in the match between "Bologna" and "Palermo".
The recently unsuccessful "Brescia" led by a new coach won at home against "Cagliari", another "Lithuanian" club "Livorno" won with a minimal advantage against "Sampdoria", meanwhile "Lecce" crushed the "Chievo" team.
