Liverpool rejected a €12 million offer from London for defender Phil Jagielka.

The capital team's strategist Arsene Wenger is looking for a footballer to strengthen the center-back line.

However, Everton is not planning to sell one of their key players until the offer reaches at least €22 million, reports BBC.

Arsenal is also considering Bolton's Gary Cahill, Blackburn's Chris Samba, and Birmingham's Scott Dann.
