Spanish champion after long negotiations reached an agreement with and will acquire the defender Alexis Sanchez for 26 million euros.
It has been officially confirmed that the 22-year-old footballer will sign a five-year contract.
Moreover, according to additional conditions, Udinese may receive an additional 11 million euros.
Interestingly, Sanchez will be the first footballer from Chile to wear a "Barcelona" shirt. He will be presented to the media on Monday.
Sanchez has been representing Udinese since 2008, and last season he was voted the best player in the "Serie A" championship. In 31 matches, he scored 12 goals and caught the attention of clubs like "Man Utd" and "Man City," but expressed his desire to move specifically to Barcelona.
"Alexis is a very young player who can play in three attacking positions. He is a player who disrupts the opponent's defense and, as far as I know, a great guy," said Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola.
