Officially confirmed that the forward Bojan Krkic agreed to be sold to the club for 12 million euros.
Negotiations for the sale of the Spanish player lasted for over a week, until finally a mutually satisfactory agreement was reached.
It is important to note that the Spanish champions will be able to buy back Krkic for 13 million euros at the end of the 2012-2013 season. If the Italians do not want to sell Krkic, the total value of the deal will increase to 40 million euros.
Last season, Krkic rarely made it into the main lineup of Barcelona.
In the Spanish championship, he played 27 matches, but only started in 9 of them and scored six goals. In the Champions League, the forward failed to score in three matches.
