London has agreed with Brussels' "Anderlecht" for the acquisition of striker Romelu Lukaku. It is reported that about 20 million euros will be paid for the young talent.
The 18-year-old footballer will soon undergo a medical examination and sign the contract.
"Romelu is a young and interesting talent," said Chelsea coach Andre Villas Boas.
Meanwhile, "Anderlecht" strategist Herman van Holsbeeck stated: "It's a shame that a player like Lukaku is leaving. He was discovered and trained by Anderlecht, but this deal is beneficial for both the club and the player."
It was also confirmed that Chelsea defender Yuri Zhirkov will move to Machachkala's "Anzhi" for 15 million euros.
