"Porto" club, thanks to two goals from defender Rolando, won the Portuguese Super Cup by beating "Vitoria Guimaraes" 2-1. This trophy was won for the third time in a row by the team from Porto city. Last season, "Porto" won both the Portuguese Championship and the cup tournament, so in the Super Cup match they faced the cup tournament finalists. Vitor Pereira's players took the lead early in the match when, after a pass from Hulk, Rolando headed the ball into the net. However, in the 32nd minute, "Vitoria" forward Marcelo Toscano also headed the ball into the net to equalize. The level score didn't last long - in the 40th minute, after another pass from Hulk, Rolando scored the ball into the net for the second time. On August 26, the Portuguese champions will face a bigger challenge - the European Super Cup match against "Barcelona".
