Before the first match of the Spanish Super Cup on Sunday, Madrid club received great news: Sergio Ramos, who had back problems, is included in the lineup and will be able to take the field.
The Spaniard got injured at the beginning of this month in friendly matches in China.
However, the capital team will have to do without Esteban Granero and newcomers Nuri Sahin and Hamit Altintop.
Forward Karim Benzema, who scored eight goals in friendly matches, did not hide his good mood: "We are perfectly prepared and will fight for all trophies. I think we have a great season ahead, and I have already spent two seasons in Madrid and feel like a real veteran."
There are no absences in the Barcelona team, and in the lineup we can see three new players: Alexis Sanchez, Thiago Alcantara, and Andreu Fontas.
