Donetsk strategist Mircea Lucescu claims that London is seeking to acquire midfielder Jadson for security.
The English team is looking for reinforcement in the midfield, as Cesc Fabregas has already left for a club, and Samir Nasri is expected to move to "Man City."
Although a few days ago, "Gunners" manager Arsene Wenger assured that negotiations for the 27-year-old Jadson were not taking place, Lucescu said otherwise: "I can confirm that Arsenal wants to acquire Jadson. Now everything depends only on the Brazilian himself."
An attacking midfielder known for his technical game made his debut for the Brazilian national team earlier this year.
Jadson scored eight goals for the "Shakhtar" team in 38 matches last season.
