During the transfer window this summer, the richest club on the planet and owned by Qatar's owners "Paris St. Germain" spent the most money on acquiring new football players, according to "Yahoo".
Ambitious "Man City" in the English championship did not hesitate to spend 86 million euros, while PSG, returning to the elite of French football, lagged just a hair behind with 85 million euros.
According to media reports, in third place was Turin's "Juventus" (67 million euros), in fourth place was "Liverpool" (65 million), and in fifth place was "Barcelona" (63.5 million).
Three years ago, Sheikh Mansour took over "Man City" and managed to acquire 28 new football players, with the total value of the deals being 522 million euros. So far, the only result has been winning the FA Cup last season after a 35-year break.
The biggest purchase of this summer also belongs to "Man City" - they acquired Madrid's "Atletico" striker Sergio Aguero for 43 million euros. PSG paid 42 million euros for young Argentine Javier Pastore.
