"Paris St.Germain" sports director Leonardo revealed that the club would like to acquire Los Angeles "Galaxy" defender David Beckham.
In an interview with the BBC, Leonardo said: "I coached David at AC Milan and we had a great relationship. He is more than a footballer. Every day in training, Beckham works and plays like a child. I greatly respect that because this player values what he does."
When asked if PSG will try to attract the Englishman, the Brazilian said: "The doors are open. David is more than a footballer: he has a name, he is a pop star. I would seriously consider such a possibility.
Beckham follows the rules, listens to the coach, and always wants to be the best. That is why he is a great example for everyone."
