London's chief executive Ivan Gazidis insists that despite poor results, there is no threat of sacking for manager Arsene Wenger.
The capital team lost three out of their first five Premier League matches and currently sit in 17th place in the league standings.
"Nothing has happened to Wenger, and trying to make a fool out of him not only damages the club but also football as a whole," Gazidis said. "The possibility of dismissal is not even being considered, as he has not suddenly become a bad coach."
This season's start is the worst for Arsenal since 1953.
"If we resort to short-term decisions, the damage will be incomparably greater," added Gazidis. "There is no crisis, nor is there any internal division. We are all working together."
