Milan's coach Gian Piero Gasperini's days seem to be numbered. The Italian press is already compiling a list of names that could replace the unsuccessful specialist.

Criticized for his tactical scheme 3-4-3, Gasperini has already lost four matches, including games against far from elite clubs like "Palermo," "Novara," and "Trabzonspor." In the Italian championship, Inter is currently ranked only 18th after three rounds and could drop even lower if the underdogs play their matches successfully.

It is said that Milan's team president, Massimo Moratti, intends to make a decision on Wednesday, and the favorite to take over the coaching position is the Italian Claudio Ranieri.

The 59-year-old Ranieri coached the "Roma" team until February of this year, but resigned from his duties. He has also managed teams such as Turin's "Juventus," "Valencia," London's "Chelsea," Madrid's "Atletico," and others.

However, other contenders are also mentioned: former "Palermo" coach Delio Rossi, recently retired footballer Luis Figo, one of Inter's coaches Giuseppe Baresi, experienced Dutchman Louis van Gaal, and Spaniard Quique Sanchez Flores.
