One of the most reliable goalkeepers in Europe, Hugo Lloris, has extended his contract with the club until the summer of 2015.
The 24-year-old footballer followed the example of defender Michel Bastos - the Brazilian also put his signature on a long-term contract last week.
Lloris moved to Lyon in 2008 from "Stade Gerland" and during this time he has represented the French national team 26 times.
The Lyon goalkeeper, who has been sought after by clubs such as Man Utd and Arsenal, has also been twice recognized as the best goalkeeper in the French league.
