"The Munich defender Breno, accused of setting fire to his own house, was released on bail on Friday. The Brazilian spent almost 2 weeks behind bars.
"We are very happy that Breno has regained his freedom and can return to his family and team," said Bayern's executive director Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
The footballer, who has a contract valid until June next year, played only 13 matches in the German championship last season.
He arrived in Munich in 2008 from "Sao Paulo" for around 13 million euros."
