Machačkalos leaders reject the possibility of loaning striker Samuel Eto'o to the Milan team.
Reports have appeared in the Italian press suggesting that the Cameroonian, who arrived in Dagestan from Inter during the summer, could return to Milan. A short-term deal would take place during the winter break in the Russian championship - in January and February.
"Such a scenario is not realistic, not even in a dream," said Anzhi general director German Chistiakov. "During the break, Eto'o will be preparing for the next stage of the season with the team. I think these reports are just a way for Inter leaders to flirt with fans, whose dissatisfaction is growing significantly."
He added: "So in the summer, Eto'o will train in Turkey or Spain with other Anzhi players, but definitely not in Italy."
In 6 matches in Russia, the striker scored three goals.
