Internal investigation at the club did not confirm coach Roberto Mancini's accusations that Carlos Tevez refused to enter the field after a substitution during the match against Munich.

Instead, the Argentinian will be punished for refusing to warm up.

The incident occurred on September 27, when Tevez did not appear in the starting lineup for the match in Germany and, according to Mancini, refused to substitute a teammate in the second half.

Tevez denied this, claiming it was a misunderstanding. The investigation partially confirmed the Argentinian's statements.

It is almost certain that in January, when the transfer window opens, the striker will be sold.
