In the Spanish media, scandalous reports have appeared that in Saturday's national championship match, midfielder Cesc Fabregas called forward Frederic Kanoute a "terrorist" and insulted him with racist remarks.
The incident occurred at the end of the match, when the referee awarded a penalty kick to Sevilla's team. A scuffle broke out, with Kanoute at its center. Fabregas allegedly said something to him, and Kanoute pushed the Spaniard to the ground.
Experts reading lips claim that Fabregas called his opponent a "terrorist" and also, implying Kanoute's African origin, said something similar to "black piece of ****".
Although there are no official statements yet, if these speculations prove true, Fabregas could face huge sanctions.
