Madrldo puolėjas Karim Benzema claims to be certain that at the moment the capital's team is the strongest in the Spanish championship.
On Wednesday, Jose Mourinho's pupils easily beat "Villarreal" at home 3-0, with the Frenchman scoring the first goal.
"We played great, especially in the first half," said Benzema. "I think now the 'Real' team is the strongest in Spain.
"The victory was very important. It doesn't matter if I scored or Gonzalo Higuain. Our goal is to score goals and help the team. The most important thing is the victory."
In the national championship, Benzema scored four goals in 7 matches.
