Gareth Bale scored two goals, and London's Tottenham team won 3-1 at home against Queens Park Rangers and extended their unbeaten streak to seven.
The hosts dominated the first half, and broke through in the 20th minute when Bale sent the ball into the net after a pass from Aaron Lennon.
Later, Rafael van der Vaart avoided the offside trap and doubled the lead, but after the break QPR brought intrigue back into the match when Jay Bothroyd scored with his head.
Nevertheless, Bale decided the outcome of the match in the 72nd minute.
