Alessandro Del Piero confirmed that he does not plan to hang up his boots after this season.
Turin's club announced a few weeks ago that they will not renew the contract with the 36-year-old veteran, whose contract expires this summer. However, the player himself, who is being followed by several teams, intends to continue playing.
"For now, I am only thinking about the present, but I can say that I will continue my career even after the summer," said Del Piero.
In 1993, the striker who joined the ranks of Juventus became the club's all-time top scorer.
This season, in 7 Serie A matches, of which he started in 2, Del Piero has not scored any goals.
