After the civil war, Libya, which is trying to return to normal life, is trying to return to normal life.
Just a few weeks after the death of dictator Muammar Gaddafi, a charity football match was organized in this country to support children in need, featuring world-class stars.
The teams, named ADIB and "Coca Cola" in honor of their sponsors, featured players such as Javier Zanetti, Robert Pires, Marco Materazzi, Pavel Nedved, Jan Koller, Hidetoshi Nakata, El Hadji Diouf, Luis Jimenez, Fabio Cannavaro, Nicky Butt, and Hernan Crespo. The coaching positions were held by Walter Zenga and Marcelo Lippi.
The match was entertaining for the spectators: a total of 13 goals were scored, with "Coca Cola" winning 8-5.
