Davido Beckham's career is approaching its end, but the Englishman remains one of the most coveted footballers in the world.
The 36-year-old midfielder, who currently plays for Los Angeles Galaxy but will soon become a free agent, is wanted by the Mexican club Xoloitzcuintles Tijuana. Beckham has been offered a crazy amount of money - 7 million euros for half a year, along with private flights to and from matches.
However, it is unclear whether Mexico, ranked among the twenty most dangerous countries in terms of murders, would be a suitable place for the footballer's family. The looming danger is confirmed by the recent arrest of Jorge Hankas Rhonas, father of Xoloitzcuintles Tijuana's president Hanko Inzunza, along with the discovery of 40 rifles and 48 handguns at his home.
Beckham is also actively being lured by Paris St.Germain, owned by Qatari businessmen.
