Attacker Pedro is convinced that he is the favorite in all the tournaments he participates in. However, the footballer admits that defending the title of Spanish champions and the Champions League trophy will be extremely difficult.
"I think we should be considered favorites in all championships because we have a fantastic team," Pedro said on the FIFA website. "But we must understand that there are no easy matches or tournaments. Every year it becomes increasingly challenging. The road ahead is long, with ups and downs, but we are ready for it.
"Every opponent plays against us to win. They retreat into defense and wait for mistakes. We must remain calm, otherwise maintaining a high level of play throughout the season will be difficult."
