Ukrainian women's rights activists "Femen" organized another protest action - this time half-naked girls spoke out against the attempt to legalize prostitution during the 2012 European Championship.
Gathered near the Kiev Olympic Stadium, where the final match will take place, the girls struck a striking pose lying on the ground and demanded "championships without prostitution."
According to the representative of "Femen" Inna Shevchenko, UEFA is pressuring the Ukrainian government to legalize prostitution during the championship, which will take place in Ukraine and Poland from June 8 to July 1 next year.
However, the protest did not last long - after five minutes, law enforcement officers arrived, put the women in vans, and drove them away.
