Benitez could become PSG's coach © EuroFootball.com

Rafael Benitez is soon to become the new strategist, as reported by the media.

The French club is planning to dismiss the underperforming Antoine Kombouare in the near future and appoint an experienced Spaniard in his place.

Benitez has long led the Liverpool team, with which he won the Champions League in 2005, and since the summer of 2010, he has worked with Inter Milan. However, in the Italian team, he only stayed for half a season.

PSG, managed by businessmen from Qatar and not sparing investments to acquire new footballers, currently holds the second place in the French championship.
