The offer was received by the British team on December 6, but they did not agree to those conditions and once again confirmed their intention to sell the footballer, not to loan him out.
"They want us to acquire Carlos," said Milan vice president Adriano Galliani. "We wanted to loan Tevez with the option to buy out the contract and we will not change our position. The negotiations will be difficult."
The last time the Argentine wore the "Man City" shirt was on September 21. Later, he refused to step onto the field for a match against Bayern Munich, and a few weeks ago he left for his homeland without the club's permission.
