Carlo Ancelotti is soon to become the new head coach.

Although the French club is currently leading the national championship midway through the season, it is almost certain that Antoine Kombouare, who is currently in charge of the team, will soon be dismissed from his duties.

This news has not been confirmed yet, but an official club statement acknowledges that "friendly discussions" about the future with the coach will take place in the near future.

According to "Le Parisien," Ancelotti will take Kombouare's place and sign a year-and-a-half contract. The same information is reported by "Gazzetta dello Sport" and "L'Equipe."

During his career, the Italian has coached teams such as "Reggiana," "Parma," Turin's "Juventus," and "Milan." In 2009, he took over at London's "Chelsea" and won the English championship, but in May 2011, he was dismissed from his duties.
