Although Colin Lee is already 72 years old, he mows grass every week and runs onto the field for a match in the English Amateur League. And unofficially considered the oldest footballer in the country, the goalkeeper has no intention of stopping.

"When I'm playing, I feel like a six-year-old child in my heart, although my body says something else," the man told "Metro." "I've had many bruises, but avoided serious injuries over seven decades."

The pensioner usually plays about 20 minutes. Recently, he had to defend the goal for the entire match, but it was not easy - Lee admitted his "bones were creaking."

Throughout his life, he helped establish nearly ten amateur teams, eight of which he still manages. For this, he received an award from the "Barclays" sponsor of the "Premier" League.

"We need people like Colin, who work so wonderfully for the good of communities," former England defender Gareth Southgate praised.
