"Marca" newspaper announces that Barcelona would like to reclaim the safety of Oriol Romeu, who was sold to a London club five months ago. The English team paid 5 million euros for the Spanish youth team player, but allegedly the deal included the possibility for the Catalans to reclaim him next summer for 10 million euros, and in 2013 for 15 million euros. However, a few days ago, Chelsea coach Andre Villas-Boas denied that Barcelona has such a privilege. Nevertheless, Romeu is linked with a return to Barcelona, where he would likely replace the departing Seydou Keita. Some Italian clubs are also interested in this seldom-used player. Romeu played only one match in Barcelona's main lineup, but since joining Chelsea, he has secured a spot in the starting eleven. In the Premier League, he has not scored a goal in 9 matches."
