The Dutch defender Jaap Stam continues to stay in Italy - the 32-year-old veteran has extended his contract with his club until the summer of 2007.
The Dutchman arrived in the AC Milan team only last summer from Rome. Due to numerous injuries, the player had to miss a lot of both Serie A and Champions League matches, but now the Dutchman is fully recovered. After successfully playing in the Champions League matches, the player was offered to extend his contract.
