Diego Maradona is interested in the possibility of taking over the United Arab Emirates national team. In September, Srecko Katanec was fired from his position, and the Argentine is considered one of the most realistic contenders to replace him.
The legendary football player, who currently coaches the UAE club "Al Wasl," stated: "I would gladly accept an offer to coach the national team, but first I have to win trophies with Al Wasl."
Throughout his career, Maradona has coached his homeland's "Textil Mandiyu" and Buenos Aires' "Racing" teams, as well as the Argentine national team.
