The hooligan who ran onto the field and attacked the goalkeeper during the Netherlands Cup match was sentenced to six months in prison.

Actually, the 19-year-old Wesley van W. will spend four months behind bars, as the remaining two months of his sentence will be applied only if he commits a similar crime within two years. Interestingly, during every match of "Ajax", AZ, and the Netherlands national team, he will also have to report to the police.

The incident occurred last week when the boy broke through the security and tried to attack Alkmaar AZ goalkeeper Esteban Alvarado. However, the Puerto Rican goalkeeper did not hesitate and managed to kick the attacker.

The referee showed a red card to the goalkeeper, and in protest, the AZ players refused to continue the match against Amsterdam's "Ajax" and went to the locker room. Later, the federation decided not to suspend Alvarado.
