Attacker Federico Macheda has been loaned to a London club until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old Italian arrived in England in 2007 and shone at the end of the 2008-2009 season, scoring some important goals. However, he later lost his place in the main lineup and didn't play many matches.
"This is a great opportunity for both sides," said QPR manager Neil Warnock. "Federico hardly played for Man Utd as there was huge competition in that team. I hope he will help us as he constantly puts pressure on defenders, is strong and fast."
This season, Macheda has played 7 matches in all competitions, starting in the lineup only twice, and scored one goal.
